Stepping Stone is an award-winning residential community with 900 single-family homes. Sage Design Group was the site planner and produced site graphics, elevations, and other sales graphics. 

The project includes trails, open park fields, court games, playgrounds, and other outdoor activi­ties. Sage Design Group was able to enhance lot values through careful park placement, trail locations, and overall community aesthetics with ample landscape space.
