The concept of Lyric is to create a new community that focuses on higher density, interaction with the streetscape and community open space with a variety of home options.  The variety of product includes condominiums, townhomes, alley loaded homes, and single family detached homes.

The amenities of the development include a fitness center, restaurant, three distinct parks, a trail system and challenge hill.  The development is also adjacent to a regional park and future school site.  Sage worked with the City of Lone Tree, Rampart Range Metro District and developer to integrate these items into the development to maximize their value to the residents and surrounding area.
