Sage Design Group’s multi-family designs focus on overall circulation, unique amenity areas and smaller spaces for the user.  Designing a unique and fun amenity area and clubhouse helps set the tone for the development.  Defining a series of smaller spaces around the project helps provide a nice day to day user experience.  Finally, an increased amount of paving means that planting needs to be hardy and tolerant of the site conditions to thrive and keep the area looking green and healthy.
